Mixer
Business After Hours is a networking program provided to Chamber
members on a quarterly basis and held only at Chamber member
facilities.
FORMAT:
Time: 5 � 7 p.m.
5:30 Welcome speech from Chamber followed by up to a 5 minute
commercial from sponsor
6:30 Door prize drawing � must be present to win (photo
opportunity with winner/sponsor)
COST TO MEMBERS:
Members paid in advance - $10; Future members paid in advance -
$12
$15 at door for everyone
MARKETING:
- Special Postcard Mailing featuring your logo approx. 2 weeks
prior to event (distribution 1,000+)
- Promotion on Chamber website�s event calendar
- Promotion via Chamber�s e-mail Broadcast to Members
- Promotion on back cover and calendar announcement section in
chamber newsletter (distribution 1,000+)
NETWORKING:
Event must have some organized networking activity.
SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Food and beverages (non-alcoholic included � open, cash, or
discount bar at discretion of sponsor)
Door prize worth at least $50
Underwriting of promotional materials and mailings. Sponsorship
Fee: $450 (deposit required)
SPONSOR BENEFITS:
- "Commercial" opportunity
- May distribute promotional materials
- May receive a copy of registration list for future promotion
- Great Exposure to Airport Corridor business community!
CHAMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure sponsor (events may be co-sponsored upon request)
- Determine networking activity
- Print, label and mail postcards (sponsor underwrites)
- Take reservations
- Coordinate event with sponsor
- Staff registration table
- Provide membership committee representatives to assist as
Ambassadors at event
