Event Registration Policy for all Chamber events

  • Registration requires payment. All registrations must be paid in advance.
  • "Walk-ins" cannot be guaranteed accommodations.
  • The "registration-in-advance" price applies to only those registrations accompanied by payment received up to the day before the event, unless otherwise specified. "Walk-in" price goes into effect on the day of the event.
  • Refunds require 48 hours written notice (via email, fax, or snail mail) to the Chamber.
  • All no-shows will be billed.
